Public Speaking
This incredible country has been so good to me. Since enlisting in the U.S. Army at 17 years old, I have worked like crazy to build a business capable of supporting the needs of my family. Bluntly put, I am damn lucky to have the life I have and have never forgotten that.
Now past 50, I want to give back and see if I can help make an impact in the lives of others. The question is how?
Public speaking. Public speaking without payment. Public speaking without payment as long as the underlying organization has values that parallel my own.
I have spoken to high schools, colleges, employee groups, civic groups, leadership academies, banks, and even government entities. Each time a bit different, but for the most part a lot of fun.
You will laugh. You will learn. You will have fun. That I promise.
While a speech can be tailored to almost any subject, two major topics seem to be favorites. Here is a closer look at each one.
